ESP (Extended Service Plans)

E.S.P. covers all labor charges associated with the customer repair, during their three year of ownership.  E.S.P. covers manufacturer breakage (Super Drive-RAM-Hard disk), Abuse of any kind will not be covered.  Itechia reserves the final right to decide what constitutes abuse. The E.S.P. valid dates will begin exactly 3 years from the original date of purchase, and expire exactly 3 years from the date of computer purchase. All E.S.P. repairs must be done at itechia service centers location.

E.S.P. is only valid for the original purchaser of the computer, and cannot be transferred at any time for any reason. E.S.P. is only valid when combined with purchase of a New Computer. Labor charges covered under ESP do not include data recovery. Valuable data should be backed up by the customer prior to checking in a machine. This kind of plan is an exclusive service for itechia customers. All service claims with no Original slip will be declined.
