From a corporate sales division to a 600 Sq Meter Showroom in the heart of Riyadh’s infamous Tahlia Street, iTechia, also known as the Advanced Information Technology Company LTD, was established in 2006.

Our mission is to provide viable information technology solutions, and we are committed to provide only the highest levels of quality in our services to our customers.

iTechia is not just a computer shop. ProService, our services center just happens to possess continuously updated equipment, and our staff has been trained to know it all and help you with everything from fixing system failures to teaching you how to use your new iPod Touch. iTechia Express is our latest concept. As implied in the shop’s name, it will be smaller than our main stores at around 100-250 sq. Meters. Customers can walk in to these shops and get help with their Macs in most malls in the Kingdom. Our plan is to open 15 in Riyadh, 5 in Jeddah and 3 in Al Khobar, and help our customers get the convenience they deserve. The first iTechia Express, in the Kingdom Mall, has proven to be a successful story since it is opening in early 2008.

Our customer service does not stop with our shops. Customers will soon be able to enroll in courses and seminars with us, training them on how to use their personal Macs. The First Center is set to open in Riyadh, in cooperation with Adobe.

Setting a new standard in customer services, we plan to create a 24-hour shop to help our customers, a first in the Kingdom. This shop will help customers with various photo copying solutions, maintenance services, repairs, and courier services.

We still think we can do more to serve our customers, and thus, we have developed a house call service, where you call us, and we show up at your doorstep within 24 hours to help you with your Apple problems.
